Oscar completed his legal education at the Dharma Andhiga School of Law, and later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Bung Karno University, strengthening his academic foundation in both legal theory and practice. In the field of technology, Oscar is a graduate of Monash University, Australia, majoring in Information Systems, which provided him with a deep understanding of information systems and digital transformation.
Beyond that, Oscar obtained a Master of Science degree from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, specializing in Blockchain and Digital Currency. This achievement places him among the few legal practitioners in Indonesia with formal academic competence in blockchain and digital asset studies. He is currently pursuing and further developing his academic expertise at the doctoral level in Computer Science at BINUS University, with a focus on large-scale computing technologies and digital systems.
This combination of legal and technological backgrounds has equipped Oscar Darmawan with strong expertise in digital technology law, blockchain, crypto assets, as well as the prevention and handling of money laundering offenses, regulatory issues, and compliance. In addition, Oscar has extensive experience in corporate law, civil law, and business licensing, enabling him to provide comprehensive and integrated legal solutions to clients of Naraya Lawfirm.
